The location inside the airport is easy to find, and the service is warm and attentive.

1. The rental process is clear and well-organized. The return process is simple and fast. 2. The rental and return locations are very obvious and clear. 3. Deducted one star because the waiting time on the English helpline was long, and the customer service later hung up the phone. (Partly could be our bad phone signal)

A very pleasant car rental experience. I booked a Volkswagen GOLF, but they gave me a BMW 1 Series with only 3200 kilometers on it, essentially a new car. The staff at the store were very friendly. They checked my driver's license, notarized documents, passport, and I prepaid the deposit with a credit card. All the procedures were completed in less than 5 minutes. When returning the car on Sunday, the store was closed. I just parked the car in the designated parking lot and put the keys in the box at the door. Very convenient.

Booked a VW Polo, received Citroen C3 with 30k kms on it. Nice, surprisingly spacious, economical. We were very happy with the rental. Budget/Avis did not nitpick at every little scratch that was not listed on the car damages sheet - at pickup there was nobody present, and we were asked to take pictures of any scratches we find that are not marked (we found a few) - and keep the pictures until return, on return they only glanced at the vehicle, said everything is ok and that was it.
