Car pickup and return were very quick.

Arrived around 7:30 PM, no need to queue. Car pickup took about 20 minutes, fast and efficient.

The service was thorough, and the car inspection was meticulous. The staff were quite dedicated.

에이비스 사무실이 공항내부에 있어 외부에서는 사무실을 찾을 수 없었습니다. 공항에서 근무하시는 분이 대신 전화 주셔서 차를 빌릴수 있었습니다.

Like: The counter for pick up and drop off is just at the airport itself. Though had to walk to the other terminal where we alighted, but thankful didnt need to travel out of airport in the traffic jam to retrieve the car.
Dislike: Communication was a slight issue as we couldnt speak in thai, but we still manage to get what we wanted.
