It's essential to print out your reservation confirmation from the Zuzuche website and bring it with you. The first time we rented, we had pre-booked and printed out the confirmation, making the rental process smooth, and we were only charged for the pre-booked full tank gas. The second time, we booked during our trip and couldn't print the reservation. We were forced to pay for 'Road Safety Assistance,' which was more expensive than the rental fee.
