Picking up the car was very convenient, but even though I arrived in Los Angeles very early, I still had to return it early the next day. It would be more considerate if there was a 1-2 hour grace period. Also, I was charged an extra $7 after returning the car for some unknown reason.

The staff at the company were very friendly and enthusiastic. I am very satisfied! However, the map address and the physical address of the store did not match, which caused me to take extra steps when scouting the location beforehand.

We had a flat tire and tried to reach roadside assistance via Dollar Rent a Car. we were on hold for an hour and decided to drive to the nearest Dollar. Once we arrived they immediately gave us a new vehicle. Although they were very responsive with the new vehicle being on hold for and hour and calling several times to reach someone was not good customer service.

I was given a faulty car my case # Case # 0200064194 , i was unsafe on the road for the whole one and i requested to get compensate for this 28 hours . Also my 200$ is been blocked by the dollar office please release them.

I have been told by dollar officer that easy car rental will compensate you with discount for the one day
