The service was satisfactory. There was a crack on the glass that was already there when I picked up the car, but the rental company still charged me for the damage.

The pick-up and drop-off process is convenient. The car interior was odor-free and very clean.

Even though it was quite late when I arrived in Christchurch, the staff was still waiting for my flight to arrive so I could pick up the car.

The location is just a 5-minute drive from Christchurch Airport, very quick. When picking up the car, you need a NZD 2500 pre-authorization, hoping it will be refunded quickly. If the vehicle gets damaged, they will deduct NZD 2500 and then refund based on actual repair costs, which feels a bit unsettling. Not sure about the efficiency of New Zealanders, whether it will take a long time or not.
