The Indian service agent at the Hertz counter had a really bad attitude towards us Chinese.

No Chinese service available, they aggressively promoted additional insurance and extra services like fuel exemption returns. During pickup, they did not guide us to the parking spot, inspect the car together, or direct us to the parking lot exit, they just handed over the keys. Worse, I rented a Nissan Xtrail but received a Hyundai Tucson, which are not in the same class. The vehicle length difference is 20 cm, yet the price remained the same, which was very disappointing.

The member of staff were extremely helpful and were king enough to give us a free upgrade.

Cheap and simple to use the booking time didn’t take long at all since I had left the booking to the last moment

Like: I got what I assured. Everything was perfect.
Dislike: I booked through easyrent car. The fare was shown including insurance, I had to pay more and as an advance I paid 53$ . But the main renting company HERTZ, did not get the money I paid at the time of renting. I requested easteent car for a refund. Really satisfied with the service of HERTZ. but east reat car is worse. Thank you
