The pictures and the actual vehicle were wildly different. It was a bait and switch. I requested a large SUV, but got nothing close.

There are many customers renting cars. If you know how to use the self-service machine, you almost don't need to wait in line. I rented a Nissan Altima, which has average condition with over 30,000 miles on it. The car has a noticeable alignment issue and hasn't been well-maintained.

After a window smashing incident, Alamo's service was very prompt and efficient, with no extra costs. Fortunately, we didn't follow QEEQ company's customer service suggestion to privately fix the window at a repair shop. Otherwise, we'd have to bear the cost of the car window on top of the significant loss from our stolen luggage.

The car rental process was very efficient. Supports returning the car at a different location with no extra fees. Allows adding a second driver for free.

The procedures are quite simple, which is great. It would be even more convenient if the self-service system had a keyboard for car rental customers! The staff typically suggest upgrades or insurance purchases. They might seem displeased if you decline, but it’s understandable.
