Smooth and pleasant

The condition of the car was not great. Later, the battery was weak and the car was hard to start. At some point, it wouldn't start at all.

They kept pushing insurance and various additional services. When we didn't accept, they rudely gave us a Nissan, which was smaller than the model we reserved. The promised free additional driver was not included either, so we had only one driver for four days. Very dissatisfied, will never rent from this company again.

Car was ok. Counter service slow because not enough staff for amount of customers lined up waiting for service.

When I collected the vehicle at the counter I felt like I am dealing with a law enforcement officer!!! And when I returned the vehicle it took a while to get a receipt ... there was no one at the car return area, counter staff were busy ... I will try to avoid Dollar in the future.
