The car was brand new and maybe a bit of an upgrade for us...it was a pleasure to have such a nice car on our vacation.

Booked a mini SUV ended up with a golf as they say its the same class

Had to wait for the car to be cleaned so only left around 20 mins after pick up time

someone needs to check cleanliness of the cars ours had a smell that I later found out was down to a mouldy pack of beefburgers in the boot that had been there for a long time..After saying that everything with the Budget is brilll, I would recommend them to anyone..

As always a great price ease of booking makes me a returning customer..keep up the good work..

Like: The service was brilliant, the staff were some helpful and friendly. I don't think I could say anything negative about the overall experience. Very happy customer.
Dislike: I'm not sure if it is a negative or not but the staff are so laid back that when I found a dent on the car at pick up they said it's something that happens and ticked it off my form and not theirs. I wasn't picked up on it at drop off though so I guess they are all fairly level headed with the process of it all. Very happy with everything!
