We waited at the airport for almost two hours! The shuttle never came! We called customer service countless times, usually couldn't get through, and only succeeded a few times. One time they said to look for a red Atlas van, but we waited an hour and it never came. Then we called again and they said the traffic is bad. The third time we got through, the same Indian-accented guy hung up on us as soon as I mentioned we had been waiting an hour! Terrible service! Low rating! We called again and they said the shuttle was from Easy Parking, not Atlas! We waited for so long for nothing! Totally ruined our schedule! Strongly not recommended!

Like: The car was all good for what I needed it for over the two days hire
Dislike: A little wait for about 10-15 minutes whilst they cleaned the car. Perhaps should have been ready to go.
