Clean and good service attitude.

Picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient and quick, and there weren't too many people. However, after returning the car, a charge was made to my credit card. After checking with the bank, I found out it might be for using toll highways. But there was no information or notification about this charge, it just appeared out of nowhere. They should inform us about the reason, provide the detailed bill, and then give us a receipt or invoice!

The service was great! Plenty of cars! However, I did not get the Grand Cherokee I reserved. Clearly, it was available but they didn't give it to me! This is really unacceptable.

I was forced to purchase an extended protection plan for $100.55 and was deceived into thinking it was mandatory in California.
