Returning the car was exceptionally quick and efficient.

The car rental company is pretty good with no major issues.

Only issue was that we were made to wait for the vehicle as it had not been cleaned beforehand.

Unfortunately the price drop was more of a price hike! It is quite unclear regarding booking price and the final price. Not sure there are any benefits from using it. Normally, you would pay a price and that is the price at booking which is honoured at commencement of hire.

The man on the counter in the car park was extremely rude and was driving dangerously around the car park! He didnt talk to us, just handed a key and didnt even show us where the car was. He looked confrontational. The man in the counter where I got my keys in the airport was lovely though.

All good. Don't rate Sicily By Car at all!
