Very satisfied.

This was my first time renting a car abroad, and it was very convenient and efficient. The scheduled pickup time was 9 AM, but we actually got the car at 10 AM. The rental company agreed to let us return the car at 10 AM as well, which was great!

Well-known company with a good reputation. Convenient pick-up. There is someone holding a sign to receive you at the exit. The company's office is straight ahead on the right. The originally reserved car was switched to a convertible, but it was a bit old.

Mark up pickup location! We called five times for the shuttle and it arrived after 90 minutes! Car was handed with fuel for 130 km only! Car was handed with oil check over due

Booking process was smooth, and good value for money. However the service at Europcar Athens was unacceptable

The car was not the VW Polo that we booked but apparently in the same class (Suzuki Swift). The staff were helpful and courteous. The car was in shocking condition. We had booked an automatic but they showed reluctance to give us one and kept suggesting a manual. We think it was because of the poor condition of the automatic vehicle. Brakes were poor and the body condition terrible. The car was in shocking condition and had not been repaired after several collisions. Bits were barely hanging in place on front and rear. The website showed a pickup at airport but there was no Europcar presence at the airport. They had to come from the Port, so we had to ring them and then wait. Better information is needed.
