It was okay. The first male staff member was alright, but the second female staff member was extremely rude. It was obvious she was usually mean and racially biased. To avoid saying it's racial discrimination, I won’t emphasize her skin color. She spoke too quickly, and when I didn’t catch what she said, she immediately mocked me as if I didn’t understand English. Ridiculous.

It was great, the entire pickup and return process was very smooth and fast, with excellent service.

Very bad experience. An African American staff member added roadside assistance insurance without asking and charged my credit card. When I refused, he was extremely rude and didn't explain how to pick up the car. We were kicked out of the service desk and spent almost two hours finding the pickup location.

Both pick-up and return were very convenient. The pick-up can be completed on self-service machines, saving time from queuing, very satisfied.
