Simple process, enthusiastic service.

The staff did not try to sell us any insurance. They just asked how many people we had, and upon learning that we had a larger group, they recommended a bigger car. At first, I thought it was a sales tactic, but they showed us the car we initially booked—it really wasn't big enough for our luggage. We ended up paying extra to upgrade to a larger car. Not sure if there was a discount, but it was sufficient.

The order was for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but they use this car to attract attention and induce bookings. Upon arrival, they directly said they didn't have this car, and even said they didn't have a Santa Fe, which was in the same group. The staff kept emphasizing upgrading the car group. Unfortunately, I didn't stick to my decision and got persuaded into paying an additional 553.14 USD. There were no directions given either; I had to find a Dodge Journey SXT by myself in the parking lot. There were actually several Grand Cherokees parked, but they might not have been ready for rental.

The staff who explained the car models to us was very unreliable. He told me the car I wanted was unavailable, even though it clearly was.

There are several self-service kiosks, staff assistance, and clear instructions.
