We were informed at pickup that we had to confirm the order at the self-service machine. The good thing was that the machine had a Chinese language option. However, for some reason, it would log out halfway through inputting the information, so it took nearly 40 minutes to complete. This was quite frustrating. Everything else was fine, and although the staff couldn't help much, they were very polite.

We booked a JEEP Grand Cherokee or similar like the Ford Explorer online, but the staff told us only Santa Fe was available, and there was no negotiation. They were very impatient.
