EasiRent Dublin - Awful Experience. Damaged Car and rude staff.

Awful experience with Easirent. They ask you to wait at Zone 14 in Dublin airport which is a bus stop. The airport staff told us they did not have a licence to be picking up from the airport and that the driver would be arrested on arrival. Took over an hour for the driver to arrive. The desk staff were very rude and the vehicle was covered in dents and scratches. They tried to force us into taking their insurance even though we had already insured via EasyRentCars.com. Awful experience. Do not use EasiRent DUBLIN AIRPORT.

About Easirent: 10.0 /10
The store provides a shuttle service; you just need to wait at parking lot 18. The driver, a friendly Black guy, efficiently shuttles customers back and forth, which is quite good. Although the company is not big, it seems busy with quite a few car rentals. They mainly offer small cars, which are convenient given that Dublin's roads are generally narrow.

The car was ok. The pick up was dreadful and slow. The service at the puck up was so slow. I would advise that the cheap price is not worth it. Very vigorous selling of insurance that was factually incorrect
