Very satisfied overall and worth sharing. Customer service intervention was timely. The previously rented car had some issues, and they upgraded the vehicle directly, which is commendable.

They thought I didn't understand English and selected an additional paid insurance for me. I later found out and had it corrected. They kept trying to sell me insurance and other unnecessary services. Returning the car was convenient.

After arriving in the afternoon, I had to wait in line for almost two hours to get the car. By the time I left, the queue behind me had already wrapped around four times. However, there were only three people handling the procedures at the counter. The person who assisted me had a very bad attitude. Initially, they said my Canadian driver's license was not valid for renting a car on a Chinese website and insisted on a Chinese license. It was only after someone else intervened that they allowed me to rent the car. I've rented many times on this platform with my Canadian license without any issues. I will never rent from this company again.

Average service, had to queue to pick up the car, and you get whatever they give you without any options, much worse compared to National.

Wonderful and courteous agent. Counter service was pleasant.
