I've only used ALAMO rental company, very professional.

The order was for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but they use this car to attract attention and induce bookings. Upon arrival, they directly said they didn't have this car, and even said they didn't have a Santa Fe, which was in the same group. The staff kept emphasizing upgrading the car group. Unfortunately, I didn't stick to my decision and got persuaded into paying an additional 553.14 USD. There were no directions given either; I had to find a Dodge Journey SXT by myself in the parking lot. There were actually several Grand Cherokees parked, but they might not have been ready for rental.

The staff refused to give me a Grand Cherokee, claiming it was a higher class vehicle and required an additional fee.

Alamo's service was excellent, from the bus driver's assistance to the quick and easy car exchange process. The car's condition was particularly impressive and pleasantly surprised us.
