The customer service guy was really responsible. He first asked if we were safe, then started the troubleshooting. He followed the instructions to check if the issue could be resolved, and when it didn't work, he arranged a tow truck. He also offered us a hotel if we preferred. We chose to stay with the vehicle. Very convenient, you can choose the car you like, and the service is very friendly! The key is that the car is very easy to drive!

Very close to the airport, with convenient shuttle bus service. Quick and easy car pick-up and return process, excellent service, highly recommended.

- the car had a scratch - the front windshield water pump was not working (I discovered that later when I thought there was no water so I added water but still it didn’t work)

- I was supposed to have lid an insurance if the tank was not returned full but when I picked it up at the Alamo Counter they said that I needed to return it with a full tank
