I've rented from this site four times, and the first three were very satisfactory. This time posed significant risks. Additionally, I bought the super all-inclusive insurance and showed the English explanation to the store staff, informing them I'd already purchased it. However, the staff insisted that it did not cover roadside assistance, glass, or chassis insurance and required me to sign a document stating I'd be fully responsible for any incidents requiring roadside assistance at $200 per mile for towing. I refused to add any more coverage as per the pre-rental instructions, and the staff eventually relented.
