Efficient service

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.

The service at the airport branch was very good. When we arrived, there were many customers lining up to pick up their cars, but the branch had a self-service pickup option. The self-service system had Chinese instructions, guiding us step by step, and we quickly collected our car. It was really convenient, but this branch didn't have Chinese-speaking staff, which was fine too. Foreigners think simply; we got the car and set off immediately. Returning the car was even simpler. The staff took a quick look at the car, saw no issues, and immediately said OK, and we headed to the airport!

Booking process was smooth, but the price drop protector didn't work again.

Very nice and convenient shuttle bus service to and from the airport free of charge. Nice that we could pick any SUV out of the row.
