2 hour wait. Horrible. Deceptive business practices regarding tolls. Borderline fraudulent

It took a little bit longer to get the car perhaps 60 minutes more than a typical at airport rental. At first it bothered me but when I looked the quality and the low price I would definitely rent with Easirent again.

The I tried to change my pick up and drop off times and was told that I couldn't do that without cancelling and rebooking which cost me an additional $60. The pick up process was horrible and the staff wasn't very friendly. The communication was very unclear about where I could pick up the shuttle at the airport. When I called the number to arrange a pick up it was an automated recording that gave me different information than the email I got and nobody was answering the phone at the branch.

Very poor customer service. Long wait times and very difficult to get help. The wait to get a vehicle took over 30 mins. Would not recommend or use again.

Did not have the vehicle that was confirmed on my order which I needed and the reasons I specifically requested a certain vehicle type. The vehicle I was ultimately forced to take was filthy and head damage and 3 of 4 sides. I learned later that the vehicle I was confirmed has never been a part of this location's inventory.

I felt the booking was misleading. I reserved assuming a cost, but ended up paying much more. Net, I could have found for the same price a rental more convenient and closer or at the airport.
