Never use this!

I didn't get the car because the staff was terrible and tried to push several fees to me. Could not use my personal insurance and did not have the car that I booked so I declined and took it from other company

The car had obviously been in a front end accident. The front fascia was cracked, and there was damage on the rear fascia as well. The car had a horrible shake over 60mph, it was unsafe to go faster than 70mph. The tires were also bald and spun very easily despite the vehicle being a Toyota Yaris that had no real power. Picking the car up took two hours from the time I walked into the office, not including the 30min wait for their shuttle. It was ridiculous and I was pretty upset after two and a half hours of jumping through hoops of them trying to upsell me everything and anything to be given a damaged vehicle. Overall it was super cheap so I'm not really upset, but I wouldn't recommend renting a car through Easirent to the faint of heart.

Staff did nothing to address the issues with car. And they uphold me when I insisted I did not need something (I 95 toll and there is no toll on I 95

Counter lady not helpful at all. Bad manners

Waited over an hour to get the car Rude people and not willing to help just wanted to make extra money with insurance.
