Never use this!

Car not available at arrival. Car not cleaned properly.

Car was very basic (no central licking, windy windows etc). Counter staff at pickup very rude and said my credit card had expired, card actually expires at end of the month. This was not explained in any paperwork or at the time of booking. Tried to charge extra $400 so I could use my debit card. Eventually had to pay $1800 deposit on my works credit card. Another couple in the pickup location were having a similar problem and were also being charged lots of extra for their booking. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. In contrast the drop off could not have been easier!

Very long wait picking up. Two people in front had to call their insurance companies. One walked out. The only car they had for us was a van. Badly worn tires. Body damage. They asked us to sign a blank sheet indicating no damage.

I had to change the battery ($5.99) in the key fob as I kept getting a low battery prompt. I told easirent when I returned the car but the attendant acted as if he could care less. Also, the front tires on the car were starting to get close to the end of their tread life.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Counter Agent Kavel Smith was extremely helpful and courteous. One suggestion would be to wash the interior of the airport van. It looked like it was rained on inside!
