The car was very reliable. Although it wasn't very new, it had no issues and drove smoothly throughout the trip.

Convenient shuttle service, just a 3-minute ride to the store with hardly any waiting time. They upgraded us for free to a Nissan X-Trail with only 80,000 km. They don't proactively provide a phone holder, but if you ask, they offer it for free and let you choose your preferred one.

Staff were helpful at pick up and drop off. The upgrade to a slightly larger car suited us well.
