Took the shuttle bus to the store, a lot of people, took about 2 hours to complete the process. They seemed to push the insurance, and not doing my homework cost me over $100 for the GPS, which was painful. Booked a Grand Cherokee, but ended up with a Nissan mid-size SUV, which was quite disappointing.

Both pick-up and drop-off were quite convenient. It's not a specific model; they give you a range of vehicles to choose from in the parking lot. You just pick the one you like and drive off. Returning the car was easy too, they just checked the fuel level.

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.
