We are 4 adults and 2 kids, and rented a 7-seater SUV on a car rental website. When we arrived at ALAMO in the USA, they told us the trunk space wasn't big enough and asked us to pay $490 to upgrade to a Dodge minivan. When we requested to see the car, they said none were available at the moment. We called the car rental website's customer service to negotiate, but the rental company's attitude was very impatient. Because we were pressed for time, we had to pay the $490. Including the ¥4152 paid on the website, renting the car for 6 days cost over ¥7000. We felt cheated!

They only symbolically pushed the GPS option during pick-up, the rest was hard to understand. I went to the designated location to get the car. During return, they only checked the fuel gauge and took the keys.

The staff refused to give me a Grand Cherokee, claiming it was a higher class vehicle and required an additional fee.

Staff efficiency is low, it takes too long to complete the paperwork, please speed up the process; everything else is fine
