I booked a car at 3 AM in Kuala Lumpur, but had to wait for a long time with no one around. The contact number provided didn't respond. I asked airport staff to help, and they said a friend would bring the car to the KLIA2 rental counter, but no one showed up for ages. The final picture showed that we were still checking the vehicle at 04:40 AM, while my family and I were already at the airport, waiting for two hours without any proactive assistance from them.
