I rented the car on August 23. The advertisement mentioned that there are Chinese-speaking staff and services, but when I arrived, only one person could speak Chinese, and he was sick, lying on the table without saying much. When pressed, he only said a few words. The rental office was close to where we stayed, yet we had to find our own way to pick up and return the car. Overall, the car rental experience was not very pleasant!

The experience was just so-so. The car was old, but the interior was relatively clean.

Car was ok a bit battered and old The back window was very hard to see out of as the film was taken off and left a sticky residue overall car was reliable and economical

Price drop was done but no payment was given back to me as difference
