We picked up the car late and informed them before collecting our luggage, but still had to wait outside for about 20 minutes.

The company is quite small, appears to be a family-run business and seems somewhat unprofessional. There was no one on the ground floor to assist us, and we had to ring the doorbell for a while before someone from upstairs came down to guide us to the second floor to sign the rental agreement. The same person handled both the car pickup and return. There were no other customers, so there was no waiting time.

Overall the car was good and new but booking was made for 8am pickup however we waited almost 3 hours for Rental office to open which delayed our short trip. Location of rental pick was not easy to find.
