Alamo makes car rental very convenient. The self-service pickup is very quick. During the ten-plus days of using the car, I scratched the left bumper and the trunk in two small places. When returning the car, I informed the staff, who told us it was not a big deal. The return process was also very straightforward; they just took a quick look at the car, and we were done.

It's no wonder this car rental company has the highest ratings. Picking up and returning the car was a breeze, and there were plenty of shuttle buses to the airport, making everything very convenient. We had a lot of luggage and were initially worried, but it turned out there was no need to worry at all because the driver was extremely helpful! We’ll choose Alamo again next time!
