The car rental process was smooth, but the Grand Cherokee is hard to rent, so we settled for options like the Santa Fe or Dodge Journey.

Alamo's service was excellent, from the bus driver's assistance to the quick and easy car exchange process. The car's condition was particularly impressive and pleasantly surprised us.

The service was enthusiastic and patient, even though communication was difficult due to language barriers. They explained insurance costs but did not push any recommendations or charge unnecessary fees.

The store is big. The car I reserved (similar to RAV4) was unavailable, and the front desk offered me a Kia. I reluctantly agreed, but later in the parking lot, an employee informed me that I could choose any SUV. I picked a GMC, which consumed more fuel. The return process was seamless despite my concern; they just checked the fuel gauge, and I was done in under 5 minutes. The pick-up and drop-off process was very straightforward. I am not sure if there will be any charges.
