Since our previous car rental already took a substantial deposit, we didn't have enough left for the 3000 USD, and were forced to buy their insurance. They maliciously increased the deposit. I advise everyone not to choose this company in the future.

Booked a Volkswagen Golf, received a Fiat instead. Gas stations in Iceland are mostly self-service and have a set limit. In a rush, the tank was slightly short, and they demanded it be topped up plus a fine of 5000 Krona. The staff were deliberately difficult and rude, almost causing us to miss our early morning flight.

When picking up the car, they tried to push us into buying insurance, but I didn’t buy it. When returning the car, they were difficult and the service attitude was not very friendly.

The service was pretty good. After calling them from the airport, someone came to pick us up within five minutes and took us to the rental location. Returning the car was quick too. Since our hotel was close by, the rental company's employee drove us directly to the hotel.

The driver was rude. The instructions were unclear and the hoops we had to go through for the car did not make up for the cheaper price. I will not rent from them again.
