The service provided by Zuzuche was not consistent with what Alamo mentioned.

Self-service car pickup, no need to queue, very fast, and no insurance upselling. It was the most pleasant car rental experience.

The service attitude was quite average. During the process, the staff kept talking on their mobile phones and were constantly trying to upsell me to upgrade the car model. Although the rental company claimed to provide a car similar to the Grand Cherokee, that was not possible in the US. Upgrading to a Grand Cherokee required an additional cost, and I ended up with a Hyundai Santa Fe. If I wanted a Grand Cherokee, it would have cost an extra $30/day. A friend of mine, who followed the same route but arrived at a different time, was quoted $50/day for the upgrade. I arrived at the rental location at around noon in Los Angeles, and there were very few car options available. Most of the available cars were small SUVs with over 20,000 miles on them. The Santa Fe could hold four 26-inch suitcases. Overall, the car rental experience was very average and not very satisfactory.

They made a mistake with my order and charged me over 500. I had to show them the order to fix it and finally got the right car type.

Very convenient and friendly. They helped us with our luggage without expecting tips. They even allowed us to place large items (like a golf bag) near the front door. There are also self-service options for the paperwork.
