After contacting QEEQ customer service, the car rental company claimed that since we didn't complete the second week, they charged on a daily basis for the second week. After explaining the flight delay, QEEQ's email didn't clarify our situation, and the rental company rejected our claim again. Finally, we directly emailed the rental company, detailed our situation, and received a quick response. They admitted their mistake and refunded the amount to our credit card.

The staff was quite enthusiastic. When renting the car, they asked if I needed road assistance insurance. I said no, and they didn't push further. Very satisfied!
