The customer service guy was really responsible. He first asked if we were safe, then started the troubleshooting. He followed the instructions to check if the issue could be resolved, and when it didn't work, he arranged a tow truck. He also offered us a hotel if we preferred. We chose to stay with the vehicle. Very convenient. You can take the rental company's shuttle directly from the airport and arrive in just a few minutes. At the rental company, you can complete the rental process on a machine without needing to go to the counter. Both picking up and dropping off the car are very convenient.

Too few airport shuttle buses to pick up and drop off customers. Waited 15 minutes at Los Angeles airport for the bus to arrive, while other companies had more buses. After returning the car in San Francisco, there was no shuttle bus available at all.
