Took the shuttle bus to the store, a lot of people, took about 2 hours to complete the process. They seemed to push the insurance, and not doing my homework cost me over $100 for the GPS, which was painful. Booked a Grand Cherokee, but ended up with a Nissan mid-size SUV, which was quite disappointing.

The service was great, and the vehicle was excellent.

I really like Alamo's branch at LAX. The cars are new, and the service is good!

The return process was very simple, just a few steps away from the airport shuttle. However, there were not many SUV options.

Used the Alamo "Skip the Counter" option which saves having to queue at the desk. Just go straight to the garage and pick the car you want from those available in your group. Needed to extend our rental for a couple of days due to unforeseen circumstances but this was easily arranged by phoning them.
