Everything was fine except for the language barrier. Simple enough, but the promised provisional hold turned into an actual charge, and I have no idea when it will be refunded!

As expected from a globally renowned rental company, they have a counter right in the airport arrivals hall just after customs. Although communication was a bit challenging, the contract terms were very clear, and there were various insurance options available from basic to full coverage. The car we picked up at the airport was usually a basic model of its type, without many advanced features. However, the car condition was excellent, very clean as if new. Returning the car was also convenient – just drop the keys with the staff at the airport parking lot and head to your flight~
