They tried to upsell additional insurance when picking up the car, but processed everything normally when I declined. The staff's attitude could be improved. The car was very new, possibly due to the pandemic and fewer customers. Returning the car was very quick.

The service was good and the procedures were simple. But at the counter, the staff added an extra $15 per day for insurance. The car was new and had only 1200 miles on it.

The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!
