Very satisfied

Picking up and dropping off the car were both very easy. If the gas tank isn't full upon return, you can pay a little extra cash on the spot.

Picking up the car at Calgary Airport was very convenient, with signs guiding you all the way. The pickup location is very close to the airport exit. The Alamo staff were very nice, explained some details, and offered a few insurance options. You can buy them on the spot if needed; they aren't expensive, and there’s no problem if you don't buy them. Then we went to pick up the car. There were several car options to choose from, which was amazing.

Alamo is on par with Enterprise, Hertz, and other companies with excellent service! The car was in good condition (new car), and the pick-up and return process was convenient.
