The service was very efficient. Since the rental fee was prepaid, the car pick-up process at the store was super quick. I paid a 100 AUD deposit, which was reasonable. When returning the car, I parked and saw an elderly gentleman inspecting the vehicle. After a quick two-minute check, everything was good, and I was able to leave immediately.

“Overall very good”

Pick up took quite a while as there were some international guests before us which did take some additional time. Pricing was quite expensive, approximately 3x what we paid in July, however I am assuming that this is due to the time of the year.

We got a Kia Rio instead of the Accent. That was fine by us. The only issue was sometimes the streets of lauceston and surrounds were steep, and with four adults and heavy luggage, the car had difficulty going up the hills. Apart from that, everything was great.
