The rental company didn't charge the toll fee to my credit card, resulting in a $428 fine for a $7 toll.

Provided a cheaper car, should refund the price difference.

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.
