Had no idea that AVR was closed Sunday -- thus no airport shuttle. Thank goodness for Uber but would have appreciated a head's up!

It was very easy to find and they made the process so easy to pick up and drop off. They offer prepaid gas at much lower rate than what is around the area, which is a great benefit.

Worst rental car company I have ever dealt with. Wait for car was two hours in-spite of a confirmed reservation.We never fulfilled our reservation due to the poor costumers service received. We rented through another company.

The van front break was very bad condition. I suspect a transmission problem since its producing a wearied noise on the lower gears.

There were no SUVs even though I had paid a deposit for an SUV; they were telling everyone who was picking up their car that "only minivans" are available. The staff was beyond rude and completely unsympathetic, with a "take it or leave it" attitude. The AVR facility was nowhere near the airport and we had to take two shuttles to get to that facility from Midway. I will never rent from AVR again.
