As other customers have mentioned, they try to upsell insurance. Even though I bought full coverage, they still pushed for more. I firmly declined, and they gave up. I decided that next time I will book directly at the store.

Car rental services in the US are a joke, talking more is a waste of time. Strongly recommend avoiding renting.

The upselling was terrible! When I refused to buy the insurance, their attitude immediately became very rude. They sarcastically asked, 'For just $15, you're willing to take on all that risk? Can't spare $15?' When that didn't work, they tried to sell me an electronic toll device, falsely claiming that many roads couldn't be accessed without it. I didn't buy it, and drove from Los Angeles to San Francisco without encountering a single toll. Even the Golden Gate Bridge toll can be paid later. It's despicable to resort to deception and intimidation just to sell a $12 per day device. And they have an anti-upselling badge? This is the worst upselling tactic I have ever seen.

We booked a car way ahead of time and prepaid, yet on the day of arrival we waited for nearly an hour only to be told there was no car available. We were given a different car with instructions to come back the next day for a replacement. When we returned the next day, they told us again there was no car. The staff's attitude was terrible, and they even refused to let us complain, saying if we did, they wouldn't help us check. The store manager claimed he wasn't on duty the previous day and didn't know what happened. We were left with no choice but to wait, ruining our entire morning's schedule. Absolutely awful.

Like: The support customer care is excellent , as i sent a few emails , and made call, all staff get clear information.
Dislike: When making a call all the different department ( this is normal for all companies ) but takes time etc.
