I do not understand why you even offered a car with a broken driver seat adjustment. You should only rent cars that are 100%.

You charged another insurance whe I already had an xtra insurance . no options offered , You are stealing money from customers . I need a refund of my money .

A) Difficult to find pick up location. b) Slow shuttle c) Over 1 hour to check in-1 person at the counter-Did not even acknowledge we were there. d) Car had dents and chipped windshield. e) Won't be using this company again.
