I bought full insurance on Zuzuche. When I picked up the car at the store, the staff said that since I had full insurance, there was nothing to worry about. Then they quietly added a bunch of extra insurance charges to the bill. This practice is really frustrating! Additionally, I want to verify if the fees are truly this high: 16% for airport fee, 19% for tax, 6% for license fee, and 4.5% for transport fee, totaling 45.5% in fees?

Be cautious when picking up a car at the airport; you'll have to pay extra airport fees. The efficiency of the staff in Mexico is incredibly low. Expect to wait in line for about an hour, and then the staff will smilingly scam you out of your money. Despite telling them I already had insurance, they added insurance to my order in Spanish. I only found out when returning the car that this was an extra insurance charge! Terrible!

The store staff doesn’t speak English, making communication tough

Très bonne véhicule. Pourtant, à la réception, il y avait trop d'attente pour finalement recevoir la véhicule et il y avait des charges surprises (frais excessif pour 2e conducteur et dépôt pour essence--le dépôt était remboursé à la fin).

Très bonne expérience pour trouver une bonne véhicule à un bon prix.
