The pick-up location is a bit far from where the paperwork is done. After completing the procedures, we waited for over ten minutes before someone came to get us. We drove a few kilometers to the pick-up point. The car they provided had several scratches, and we had to check multiple spots for damages. The car didn't look very new and shook a lot when driving fast. However, the air conditioning was quite powerful.

International chain, excellent service, quick shuttle, punctual and efficient. They even returned my forgotten phone charger, very impressive experience.

This time, Hertz’s service attitude is the only one I approve of; there were issues with the others.

When picking up the car, there was no detailed explanation about extra charges for returning the car late. Additionally, there was no SMS reminder about the return time or late fees. My earphones were left in the car, and there was no notification about it. While returning the car, we were frequently urged to go to the airport to pay for the overtime, which caused our personal items to be left in the car. My Apple earphones were in a small box in the car, but no one contacted me by phone or SMS, and I haven't heard anything even after returning home. I strongly demand compensation for the loss!!!

Picking up the car at the arrivals hall entrance is very convenient.
