The rental location moved from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2. After various inquiries, we found the rental point at T2, where many car rental companies are located. We took a number and waited, but noticed that people who were ahead of us had left, yet we were not called. The staff helped Western customers who arrived later before us. Finally, after about 40 minutes of waiting (despite many empty counters), we were served. Because we didn't read the details carefully, we booked a manual car instead of an automatic. The car rental desk told us that we had to pay extra for an automatic, so our original 50 euro per day rental increased by 33 euros (originally 80+ euros but discounted to 33 euros). After adding various fees (10 euros per day for an additional driver, 70 euros for crossing into Monaco, 20% tax, etc.), our total changed from 500+ euros to 1041 euros before the process was completed.

Awful rental company, first bad experience after years of renting. They secretly added various insurance charges totaling nearly 200 euros; can't even file a complaint. Terrible.

The wait time was very long, the service efficiency was poor, they kept trying to upsell other car types and insurance. They didn't even carefully check our order. We requested an automatic car but were given a manual one! Staff at the location were unfamiliar with the car's features, and the GPS was extremely difficult to use and essentially useless!

Nous avons attendu presque 2 heures pour récupérer notre véhicule, avec 2 enfants et étant prétendument en file "prioritaire". Aucune vérification du véhicule effectuée par EuropCar lors de sa récupération. On nous a proposé une upgrade vers un véhicule "offre spéciale super interessante": plus de 2 fois plus cher pour avoir un véhicule de catégorie supérieure: scandaleux !
