This car rental experience in Kuala Lumpur was really, really nice! I have to commend them here.

Picked up the car at 8 AM, there were only two service staff at the counter, but luckily the wait wasn't long. When returning the car, it coincided with lunchtime, but no extra fees were charged. Overall, quite satisfied.

Despite our flight being delayed, the car rental company's customer service promptly answered our call at 1 AM and assured us we could still get the car later. Both the car pickup and return were handled swiftly, and even when we had a flat tire during the journey, they checked the car quickly and didn't cause any trouble. The service attitude was excellent, and they were very considerate towards customers. Highly recommend.

I had to wait for more than half an hour to drop the car, nobody was picking up the call to come to collect the car, then I ran upto the counter to get someone to take the car and then we came back to inspect the car with the luggage and then again rush back to airport departure as i had wasted more than 30 mins for this process at the peak time when I had to catch the flight, at the time of drop try to understand the customer cannot invest time in these activities as he has to catch the flight.
