Good experience with car rental and return. Passing through Brisbane Airport to downtown incurred an automatic toll of AUD$7.5 including tax, which was automatically charged to the rental credit card.

The car was very clean and had a prominent rental company logo. The process was quick, and all scratches pointed out during the inspection were accurately recorded. Very good service.

The staff saw that there were three of us and suggested that we switch our original booking of a Mitsubishi 7-seater SUV to a Toyota. Indeed, the road conditions from Brisbane to Gold Coast and around the Gold Coast are very good, so there's no need for an SUV. The Toyota was almost brand new and the baby seat was also new, and the rental price was 25% cheaper.
