Pretty good

Auto pickup was very convenient, but the return time was quite long. It could be because it was night and only one counter was open.

It is quite convenient, and the procedures are not very complicated. However, I originally wanted to use the self-service machines in the lobby, but twice I got to the last step and it said I needed to go to the counter, wasting a lot of time. The response of the self-service machine was also quite slow, and the information required was a lot and mixed. I encountered a female staff at the counter, her attitude was very bad, she seemed to be Mexican. But another African American guy had a good attitude. The customer service staff in the lobby are generally good.

Both pick-up and return were very convenient. The pick-up can be completed on self-service machines, saving time from queuing, very satisfied.

Like: Quick service, no much of bureaucracy, kiosk check in save time in lines, staff on pick-up very friendly. Free upgrade for a Toyota Rav4 because they didn't have a Toyota Camry.
Dislike: We reserved a Toyota Camry to be more conscient of fuel usage and our car was not available at the day. So we have to use a category above with more fuel consumption.
